VetStreet and Pet Portal
Dear Clients and Future Clients,
We are so excited about a recent addition to our clinic and want to share it with all of you. This new addition is called VetStreet and they offer a fabulous client/pet website called a Pet Portal. Basically, a Pet Portal is a customized "website" for you and your pet. It contains all of your pet's information, but it also allows the pet owner to order prescription refills, request appointments, shop in the online store, update your contact information, post photos of your pet(s) and print vaccination information. This should make it extremely easy to stay in touch with us without having to actually call the office to make an appointment or request more medication; it can all be done in your Pet Portal.
So, if you're interested in getting a Pet Portal of your very own here's what to do:
1) Give us your e-mail address and we'll e-mail you a passwork and link to our hospital website.
2) Then click on the link to our website, select " Pet Portal Log in" ( seen below ) and enter your e-mail address and assigned password.
3) And it's that easy!
Since this is new to our clinic please excuse while we learn and apply this new software to the office. We want to be as knowledgable as we can to better educate you. We hope that as we get this new system up and running you begin to enjoy as much as we are already!
